Walk for Hospice, May 3, 2026
Walk for Hospice is a meaningful community event that brings people together to walk in support of compassionate end-of-life care. Participants of all ages and abilities are invited to enjoy the outdoors while raising vital funds for Hospice Mississauga’s programs and services that support individuals and families navigating serious illness, loss, and bereavement.

2nd Annual Bed Race, October 7, 2026
Our Bed Race is a fun, high-energy community event where teams race decorated hospital beds in support of compassionate hospice care. Participants, sponsors, and spectators come together for a day filled with teamwork, creativity, and laughter—all while raising vital funds.

Trees of Remembrance
Trees of Remembrance offers our community a time and space to remember and honour loved ones who have died. Through the symbolic lighting and dedication of remembrance trees, families and friends can reflect, share memories, and find comfort in a supportive and compassionate environment.

Hearts for Hospice Fundraiser With Palma Pasta - 2025
This past February, we were proud to partner with Palma Pasta for our annual Hearts for Hospice fundraiser. Throughout the month, a portion of every purchase of their delicious heart-shaped pasta, both in-store and online, was donated directly to Hospice Mississauga in support of our programs and services. Thanks to the generosity of Palma Pasta and our community, this special fundraiser was filled with love, compassion, and incredible support. We are so grateful to everyone who participated, and we can’t wait to share this heartwarming tradition with you again next year!
Hike For Hospice - 2025
Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Hike for Hospice! Every step you take helps make a meaningful difference for the individuals and families we support through our programs and services. This new spring tradition is not only a chance to walk together in support of hospice care, but also a time for celebration, community, and remembrance.

19th Annual Hospice Golf Classic - 2025
On September 8th, Hospice Mississauga hosted our annual Golf Classic, bringing together golfers for a memorable day on the green. Participants enjoyed fun on-course challenges, a delicious BBQ lunch, and an exciting awards dinner complete with prizes and a raffle. Adding to the excitement, the event welcomed celebrity guests including Jack Armstrong, Darcy Tucker, and Angela James, who helped make the day even more special. It was a fantastic celebration of sport, community, and compassion in support of the essential care Hospice Mississauga provides.
Inaugural Bed Race - 2025
Our inaugural Bed Race at Sherwood Village on October 8th was an incredible success, bringing together 15 enthusiastic teams and more than 80 participants for a day full of energy, teamwork, and inspiration. The event created a vibrant atmosphere at Sherwood Village while raising vital funds to support essential hospice programs and services for individuals and families in Mississauga.
The next Bed Race will take place on October 7, 2026.

40th Anniversary Gala - 2025
Our 40th Anniversary Gala, held on November 6th, was a meaningful celebration of our legacy and impact over the past four decades. The evening honoured 40 years of compassion, care, and community support while bringing together supporters to reflect on how far we have come. As we celebrated our past, we also looked ahead with hope and excitement toward the future, including the next chapter of care made possible through our new hospice centre.
