The Magic of Moments is a heartwarming program that funds and coordinates meaningful end-of-life wishes for individuals facing a terminal illness. From reuniting with loved ones to enjoying a favourite meal, attending a special event, sharing a family dinner, or returning home one last time — each moment is thoughtfully created to bring comfort, dignity, and joy.
